All business transactions, quotations, and correspondence are governed by the Standard Trading Conditions and Tariffs of the Federation of Malaysian
Freight Forwarders (FMFF), of which the Company is a member. The Company engages with customers strictly under these Standard Trading Conditions and Tariffs and does not accept any customer’s own terms and conditions.
All quotations, whether provided via email, fax, or on
official Company letterhead, are subject to the Company’s Terms and Conditions as aligned with FMFF. Quoted rates are subject to fluctuations, changes, and variations from Shipping Lines or market movements, and may be revised without prior notice at the time of shipment from the load port.
